Wayne Dunlap was a walker roaming in Atlanta. He appeared and was killed in the episode Guts by either Morales or T-Dog, and was used by Rick Grimes and Glenn to go out disguised like other walkers.

Pre-Apocalypse

Very little is known about Wayne except that he was born in 1979 and had a girlfriend/wife/daughter, named Rachel at the time of his death; he was also an organ donor.
Post-Apocalypse
Season 1
Guts
When he died while trying to be evacuated from the city, Wayne had 28 dollars in his pocket, as well as a picture from Rachel.
Wayne was one of the zombie hordes roaming Atlanta, he and another zombie attacked Rick and Glenn in an alleyway, but were ambushed and beaten to death by Morales and T-Dog.
Later, in a desperate attempt to escape the department store, Wayne's corpse was dragged inside the store, gutted and cut up by Rick and Glenn. They used his decomposing guts and insides to wipe and wrap themselves to pose as walkers in order to escape the store.

It is unknown how Wayne died, though the most likely explanation was that he was bitten and succumbed to the infection when Atlanta was overrun.

Glenn met up with Rick and was bringing him back to the group when Wayne was in a back alley. Both T-Dog and Morales came out and beat up both Wayne and another unnamed walker to death. Later, the survivors used Wayne's body by cutting it up and placing his putrid entrails all over themselves to pose as walkers and escape the city.

- Wayne managed to have his whole body cut up by Rick Grimes and Morales.
- Wayne is one of three fully named walkers to be introduced as a walker. The others being Louise Bush and Annette Greene.
- Even though Rick stated he'd tell his family about Wayne, till this moment he still hasn't done that.
