Ello peoples. It thought it was interesting that in the comic volume MADE TO SUFFER, Woodbury attacked the Prison but in the show, it's comlpetely reversed. Not saying an assault on the Prison won't happen, but it's an interesting twist to me for the episodes namesake, therefore I believe that it will be Woodbury taking the bodycount this go around. In all honesty, I think Woodbury itself will be more intricate to the plot later on down the road.

I also find it ironic that if Tyreese is the "Mega Fan-Favorite" to appear in the episode, then its also a twist that in the comics he died in MADE TO SUFFER whereas in the episode on the show, he'll be introduced(they have just all BUT confirmed it's Tyreese who will appear).

Thoughts? Opinions?

The creation of the Undead Fan Stories Wikia was intended JUST for these purposes and as I had said is a sister-site, having been created right out of this one. As we fan's are well aware, fan-fiction can be bad and it can be awesome. I've read alot lately that surpasses alot of the spin-off media of our beloved Walking Dead and well, I decided to stop writing screenplays and try my hand at it. It's called WALKING DEAD: REQUIEM, and follows the remains of an insanely dysfunctional family in the apocalypse through novella format. I've started it in the form like this with PAGES instead of EPISODES and CHAPTERS in place of SEASONS, so you'll have to bare with it's odd pace though each page will become more and more gruesome as the story begins to form. If you're interested, give it a read through and if not, that's OK too. Its not a long read and I'd just like some feedback. Thanks!!!!!!!!

TV Series Idea

So................ heard a interesting theory on a forum that thinks they'll introduce Abe, Rosita and Eugene earlier, in place of Tyrese, Julie and Chris. PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE don't get it twisted, I WANT Tyrese in the show, he is a legit survivor whose importance goes beyond that of anyone else(save for Michonne). It appears that T-Dog has capped this role in an important way though, speaking of Tyrese, which I'm a bit offended by but not totally uncool with. If they were to do that, introducing these three pivotal FUTURE characters would make for great characterizations that haven't been tapped on.

The issues with it:

-They're already struggling not to have too many names on the main credits, as most TV shows do.

-WAY too early, obviously.

-Rick isn't strong enough for the hardcore survivor Abe is on the show, not yet anyway.

-Who would play them?!?!(Kane Hodder for Abe. If you haven't met him, go to a comic con and he's ALWAYS the easiest to meet. Incredible guy and his stories PROVE his strength to be this role, even though he's 60 fucking years old!!! GOD, make's ME feel really old lol... best story he has is when he was on set of F13th PT 7 in full Jason makeup, he scared a local who called the Sheriff, just ASK him about it)

The Positives:

-The stories of Abe, Rosita and Eugene are largely unexplored at this point. Rick has his family unlike the Abe we know, there's no "early apocalypse" hoe like Rosita(do NOT get it twisted, I love me some Rosita!!) and the fact that the group has been to the CDC would make one think they'd believe Eugene's claims of being a scientist more dynamic.

-Seeing Lori and Abe onscreen together, interacting and becoming close in the sense of losing family which can happen to the Grimes clan at any time now.

-Abe taking on that mantle of powerhouse for the show, replacing Shane.

-The interactions in the Governor conflict.

-Abe's dirty mouth.

-Another relationship other than Rick and Lori or Glenn and Maggie.

I dunno... what are your thoughts?

My Review Of Issue 100

==MINOR SPOILERS July 11, 2012== Woke up early and arrived at Ultimate Comics here in NC by 9 am, having been one of the more eager promotional fans of the long awaited issue 100. As I arrived, the store was obviously celebrating the release by promoting it's WD special items(toys, coffee mugs, raffel to win the bad ass Hyundai, etc). I immediately approached the main table to find ALL 9 covers patiently awaiting my purchase(nine due to the double copies of the chromnium covers and the Negan cover that fits the volume spread). As I eagerly bought the copies, a coffee mug, the first issue of IMAGE'S new series REVIVAL and a Michonne w Rick action figure set, I suddenly began feeling an overerwhelming sense of dread as my card swiped for credit in their machine. Thinking this was due to the bill, I just purchased and left the store happy once again.

I drove to set in Raleigh and had some down time so I decided to browse through my new comic after deciding that the Zombie Rick cover was my favorite. The pages turning was like holding butter in your hand while laying in the sun, melting by and by until a series a terrifying and tragic events unfolded leaving me in a state of dread yet again. I won't reveal the contents of this, though I'm sure it won't matter but I will NOT be the one to spoil it. However, I wish to reflect on these tragedies by expressing my feelings of the issue's execution.

As most fans know, this issue marks the popular Walking Dead comic series one-third marker out of its 300 issue run. This would understandably make ANY fan go cuckoo for coco puffs as it did for me, especially with the teaser "Lucille Is Coming". I will not lie, do NOT get your hopes on that as it is the issue's only let down, however badass of an irony a certain character in the panel may point out as a "joke". The series has lead to this collision of Rick's caravan group encountering the long awaited villain known only as Negan. His brutality, psychopathic tendancies and eerie tongue-in-cheek persona goes beyond that of the Governor in many ways.

The issue does involve death and it does NOT hold back on the gruesome details. However, its not what you expect. To be frank, the words you read telling the story are far more shocking than the actual scenes themselves. Negan is a badass psycho, with no qualms about the lives of others who do not further his endeavours of racketeering. His quirky sense of humor and brutal presence alone shows just how bad Rick and the Alexandria Safe-Zone survivors have pissed him off before introducing Lucille to the crew.

I was never truly disappointed in this issue though I did find myself instantly wanting more. It drew such a blank, gaping emotion by the final page I seriously began stalking the alleged notes of Kirkman over this story arc. The main cast within the caravan we all know so well by now; Rick, Carl, Michonne, Glenn, Maggie, Sophia and Alexandria new-comer Heath, each one presenting a different face for the brutal badass Negan to dig his teeth into. It wasn't too shocking to learn that Negan's crew, the Saviors, had intercepted them overnight despite the cliffhanger last issue that they would be attacking Alexandria Safe Zone where Andrea holds down the fort. They were shown to be dealing with various things in the opening panels which have seemed odd and even calm compared to the caravan. However, they could still very well attack it next issue as it was nighttime during the occurence.

After the shocking and most brutal moments, the page turned to Letter Hacks which I instantly dug my eyes into hoping for decent clues as to what would happen next. I was not disappointed and I feel like something much bigger is coming the survivors way. This may seem impossible to those who have kept up with the volume but trust me when I say, there is way more to the Saviors than meets the eye.

KEY FAVORITE POINTS: Negan's speeches concerning the roles of each survivor as well as his tongue in cheek attitude(I see him as the first character who may talk to the reader). The opening panels of the remaining ASZ survivors living rather peacefully. The fact that Saviors prefer melee over firearms anyday, save possibly for Dwight.

Buy this issue when you can, it is definitely a prize for any comic fan, let alone the die-hards of the series itself.

Spoiler time: PREDICTIONSEdit

After reading issue 100... I'm believing that Paul "Jesus" Monroe is a traitor who sold out Rick's crew by bringing them into the Hilltop drama. Not only did two Saviors mention a new unseen character named Paul, but the fact Rick's crew made note of how long the trip to Hilltop was taking due to Jesus not being there just seemed weird. The guy is a great warrior and a badass but he's too convenient to simply be an ambassador for the Hilltop colony who have appeared to be a pretty much passive group in issue 95. Whether or not I'm right about this I just feel like his appearence is way to easy, especially after the passing of powerhouse Abraham and Rick's "right-hand" Glenn. Another clue to this is the uncanny means of communication amongst the Saviors, who seem to know EVERYTHING going on in the survivors group. Didn't it SEEM like Negan was kinda aware of everyones role?

Alexander Davidson will VERY much be a part of the Saviors story arc but not Negan himself, as he would've recognized Heath who had known him from his time in ASZ. He is most likely a delta-team leader if not Negan's go-to guy. Who knows? He may very well be the hero who saves everyone from the Saviors, making a complete character flip.

Finally, who will die next... the way its going I smell a massacre somewhere so I'm helping. Knowing that the caravan is still on the road and ASZ is open, Negan and his crew or another group of Saviors may attack the community and with the limited amount of badasses present(Andrea, Holly, Eugene, possibly Rosita, Eric and Aaron may be the best they have left) they will have a run for their money. My money is on Andrea for shock value or possibly one of the ASZ veterans: Eric or Aaron for recon/muscle reasons and Denise Cloyd for her value to Heath and doctorate.

Out of the seven following characters, who do YOU want to see appear/reappear first in the comic series and more importantly why???? Keep in mind this is for fun and you can add on if you would like:

'A) 'Jeff Grimes The lost brother of Rick, uncle of Carl. Only mentioned in one panel and never thought of again. He could very well still be alive in this world, being a Grimes who regularly used to whoop his brothers ass.

B) Daryl Dixon The breakout character from the tv phenomenon. Expert tracker, hunter, hillbilly Jedi and overrall badass with a crossbow.

C) Alexander Davidson The mysterious leader who was exiled from the Alexandria Safe Zone for "questionable leadership" by his "questionable" co-founder. Revealed to have been alive while his people still believe him dead, the truth known only now by Rick I believe.

D) Lilly The rebel Woodbury killer of Lori and Judith Grime as well as her leader The Governor upon discovering his treachery. Disappeared during the prison chaos and has since garnered interest in the upcoming novel and videogame series.

E) Dr Edwin Jenner The last surviving scientist of the CDC from the tv series, living onto see his genius wife's work until his own demise. An important figure in the franchise, representing the world's current situation within the show whereas the closest thing in the book was thought to be Eugene Porter.

F) Lucille The inevitable issue 100 "character" who is set to appear according to a teaser poster. What is more cryptic than that lol? Still, I would like to know how many are excited or even care about it.

G) April Chalmers A woman met only in the comics by the Blake family who was "unintentionally"(for lack of a better word) raped by the man who killed her undead father. After her sister Tara forced the Blake survivors out of the house at gunpoint, their fate remains unknown. However, it is safe to assume that this woman and her incredibly strong sister went onto survive the cold-hearted new world.

As expected, the first of possibly several major characters has been killed off in the dramatic Something To Fear story arc. Reminiscent of Woodbury's brutal attack on the prison, Walking Dead fans are anticipating the worst has truly yet to come.

The casualty is former Military Sergeant Abraham Ford, a vital powerhouse role to the group of survivors led by Rick Grimes. In his life he has lost his family and humanity but he was comforted by the love of Rosita Espinosa and betrayed her for the affections of Holly. In his dying words, he assured his longest post-apocalyptic friend Eugene Porter that he would like for Rosita to be happy without him.

Sentiments and reflections are welcomed.

My Favorite Abraham Moment...Edit

When Rick, Carl and Abe travelled back to Cynthia they encountered three bandits who attempted raping Carl. Though hesitant at the threat of the boys immediate death, he calmly assures the bandits that he will kill them all. Sure enough, he kills one while Rick annhilates the other two single handedly. (light joke I apologize).

My Sentiment...Edit

Just IMAGINE the look on Dwight's face as he watched the guy that he had shot in the head still standing and talking long before dropping. It goes to show those monsters just what kind of strength they are truly up against.

A homeless man was viciously attacked and eaten alive by a Rudy Eugene, a naked bath-salts abuser and drug addict. The victim had his clothes removed face chewed off and when police arrived, weapons drawn... he did not stop until he was shot to death. The victim is still alive and the world is awaiting his "resurrection".

Obviously not what I'm making it out to be, but WOW! Incredible story that is showcasing the popular zombie craze that we WD fans all know and love!!! Enjoy this incredible article my fellow zombiphiles!

Ah, 100 issues(double entendre, eh?)! Love the thought of this! The only downside is the sad fact that that means the series run is 1/3 of the way through... oh well, let's hope it's gory and they FINALLY start killing some folks off once again! Please forgive my theatrics...

Rick and crew have come along way from waiting day to day for a rescue that would never come in the outskirts of Atlanta, Georgia. After surviving walkers, a prison with convicts, the hellish town of Woodbury, rapists, cannibalistic humans and most importantly themselves, Rick's group have grown and become the ultimate survivors in a world with no laws or limits. Rick himself has been tested int the losses of his friends, wife, daughter and more than once his son Carl. Many others have died and/or succumb to the mysterious virus that still plagues their every step of the way to finally find a town seemingly stuck in a time before the apocalypse, the Alexandria Safe-Zone. Having literally flipped the script from struggling survivors to paranoid vigilantes, the group find themselves bringing into the Alexandria population their horrors and nightmarish beliefs in a world run by the living dead.

Becoming the ultimate leader once again, Rick Grimes leads Alexandria into a new direction with a new community, the Hilltop. Holding on to the shred of hope that there is hope for some normality in the new world, Rick ventures along with his most trusted commrades on an ambassador like mission that ultimately end with him becoming the Colony's defacto protector. With tensions high but his hopes higher, Rick entertains the idea that the Hilltop Colony's enemies are able to be handled and this theory has lead to this moment... a dangerous gang of enemies just around the corner with an uncanny sense of loyalty to the mysterious Negan.

Now, we have the introduction of several unseen and possibly dangerous survivors known as the Saviors who terrorize the desired simplicity of the Hilltop survivors. Among them, speculation reveals that this group possibly consists of the hit TV Series' breakout character Daryl Dixon and his neo-nazi brother Merle, as well as the possibility that Alexandria's former leader Alexander Davidson are among them. Definately among them is the engimatic Negan and Hilltop hostage Crystal.

With ALL of that said...Edit

OK, I'm done recapping but here's the main point: who will die? What is most likely to happen in the very special one-hundredth issue, whose cover will be released nine different ways. Knowing Robert Kirkman the way we fans do, what will he do to shake up the currently dormant though intensified storyline?

My Theories:Edit

Kirkman will introduce at least Daryl and possibly Merle into the storyline as antagonists with the Saviors. I have no doubt this is Negan's group.

The Alexandria Safe-Zone is a target for attack by the group, leading to the deaths of many in the vein of the Governer's assault in Volume 8's Made To Suffer climax. It'll either be this or the Hilltop will be incapped, though I have a feeling Davidson is mixed up in this and has been plotting revenge for sometime against Alexandria.

I believe that Abrahams group will be compromised in the deaths of one or all members, the main ones currently being Eugene and Abraham(who I think will be captured or wounded).

The chopping block consists of ALL Alexandria Safe-Zone survivors, but who will Kirkman kill and think about it... the man is hard to predict.

If this has been done, I apologize in full but this is REALLY wracking my brain as to the possibilities.

"there's something memorable that happened to a character in the comic is happening in the show in our first episode back and it's not the same character" -Robert Kirkman on Season 3 premiere.

With that said, I sincerely believe that he is talking about something that happens within the Prison walls. It has been but verbally stated inmates WILL be in the prison and seeing how the show goes, it looks like they're going to spend the entire premiere fighting their way into the prison. Whether or not they introduce the prisoners by the end or not, we'll see but if I am right then what IS this memorable thing???

Taking into consideration it's from Volume 3, it could be at least two things... a suicide pact or the survivors are attacked by a serial-killing inmate.

What do you think?

I honestly see Beth or Carol being slaughtered by an inmate, given the inmates are introduced before the end of the episode which is unlikely. So once again, I'm stumped.

Sooooo, I had this idea and it intrigued me in a way that I had to ask my fellow fans...

Bear in mind I definitely do NOT want this to happen, buuuuuuut.............. what if the prison is not taken by the prisoners, but more like Woodbury people? Or if Woodbury itself was the Prison? Just a thought and it's highly unlikely but worth asking.

They are more than important enough for that as well as the possibility of webisodes covering this. This was special in the comics and can be done so without forcing them to reunite with Rick so fast. What do you think?

Walking Dead Villain

Ok, so like all of you I've been biding my time until today's issue reading over the last 14 volumes over and over as well as the latest issues of this arc, reliving the best and worst of the series.

The bare beginnings... the legendary introductions... the incredible execution of events... and most importantly, the villains. As the Prison storyline came to pass, I found myself missing the Governer more and more. When the hunters came and went, as well as the rapist scavengers and DC scavengers, I've come to realize that the ratio of villains up until todays issue has been a little too come and go. Let me explain:

Zombies of course, though they're a constant threat.

Shane was by far the most personal villain for Rick himself, as the safety of the group being a close second.

The Governer was the Joker for modern-age comics. Nuff said.

The rapist scavengers were a great event to support my fav character, ol' Abe's, backstory. Other than that, they were more like scavengers from a Fallout game.

The hunters were brutally creative and fun, especially as the story arc climaxed. RIP Dale

Pete and those other Alexandria chumps? meh, who cared?(The only ones worth a flip to me are Heath, Cloyd Aaron, Eric and Holly, though I love Rosita more :P)

The DC scavengers were random but certainly well placed as the one's responsible for Rick's ascension as a force to be reckoned with throughout Alexandria.

Now we have this Hilltop arc and it's totally coming out there is a new power to be reckoned with. My biggest question is... if it were possible, WHO would you like to see come into the next coveted villian role?

I honestly wanna see Davidson seek his retribution. If not him, maybe a villain of some sort whose insanity makes the Governers' look tame in comparison. All I'm saying is that issue 100 is coming up and it's about time something tragic happens to Rick and/or his group. Another question in itself of what that could be, the main question is, what kind of enemy do YOU want to see next? Another Governer? A rogue vigilante priest bent on ening the world? A completely flipped Rick??? DARYL?!??!(haha! hate all ya want, they gotta introduce him somehow, am I right? lets hope that goes well)

As for tragedy... here's another Q: who is up for dying now from the original group and their flock?(Rick, Carl, Andrea, Glenn, Michonne, Sophia, Maggie, Abraham, Rosita, Eugene and Gabriel) I wanna see Gabriel or Eugene bite it, but I think it'll be someone bigger like Michonne. I mean the way Kirkman is about randomness and irony, I think it would be up his ally that as soon as the show introduces her then he kills her off. I pray for everyone else but I still can't wait if you can't tell!!! o_O

Anyone else notice the 15-20 rounds Hershel unloaded on the walkers before he had to reload? They did a few cuts to explain him as reloading but I didn't buy it lulzzzzzzzz...

This whole thing was redeemed when he finally DID reload and was about to be bitten when Rick shot the walker behind him, splatterin blood behind Hershel's head that he couldn't see hahaha!

Like in WD it is what it is. Who was your favorite kill in the comic and/or show?

Comic wise, I'd have to go with the hunters. Merc'd by Andrea and crew all together. Gangsta as it has ever been... can't wait to see some shit like that again!
Show wise... three-way tie... first is when Rick merc'd Shane the way he did, WOW!!! Then Dale had an honorable death at the hands of Daryl, that was rather clever. Finally, I loved Sophia's reappearence.

Jesus has really become a great character, having known all along that these folks are hardened survivors as seen in the previous issue... but Rick's paranoia, which he undoubtedly has a right to, always gets under my skin as I have a feeling he's gonna fuck something up all the time. Kind of showed with Alexandria, but they were all just ignorant people who basically bowed down to him and his hardcore group. I think Rick is gonna screw things up with this Hilltop group first, as opposed to when the Governer made the first move in the prison story-arc.

Reflections Of The Living DeadEdit

In two nights time, AMC will air the season 2 finale of THE WALKING DEAD, a widely acclaimed drama series surrounding the zombie outbreak that ends society as we know it. So far in the show, the protagonist Rick Grimes has waken from an impossible coma(Rip Van Winkle more than 28 DAYS LATER for those saying this show ripped off something, HATERS) in a world of the living dead to reunite with his lost family and a small bastion of human survivors.

Since then, the show follows this group on the perils of living in a new world run by roaming, undead walkers and dangerous survivors alike, including his best friend and former partner Shane whose lust for Lori Grimes has progressively strengthened. By the end of season 2, the group has come a long way with the recovering alcoholic patriarch and his extended family whom share their seemingly safehaven farm. They've lost many incredible people and have learned much about this new world, leading to a confrontation of apocalyptic proportions as an army of the dead approach the once idyllic location. Shane, murdered by Rick to prevent anymore trouble and put down as a walker by his son, the last child Carl Grimes, may have very well been the lucky one.

QUESTIONS:

Who should be introduced the most from the comic? This show is taking safe liberties and seems to always come back with character twists and turns... my vote is for Michonne.
Dale mentioned this new world was perfect for Shane. Had he lived, would he have turned the group on Rick, Hershel and those who openly opposed him?
Who would Rick be stronger without the most? Lori or Carl?(NOTE:Baby is void lol)
Would the show suffer without Andrea, despite her finally coming around not only as sharpshooter but slowly as a leader?
Is T-Dog truly the show's Tyreese from a weaker to stronger conception, the character having last been seen wielding a hammer as a weapon?
The Governer has been confirmed. Will he cut off Rick's hand and if the show cannot do this, what compromise can be made?
Are Dave, Tony, Sean, Nate and Randall part of the Governer's group?
Actors Norman Reedus and Michael Rooker have mentioned Merle will return in another fashion than a vision or dream. If so, would being part of Woodsbury be acceptable? Would this be a strong enough point for Daryl to accept his role as one of the hero groups most distinguished leaders? Above Rick?
Is Carol's interpretation from the comic to TV series fair and just? Is she better, or worse?
Of the male heroes, minus Rick and Daryl, who is your favorite?
Of the female heroes, who is your CURRENT favorite?
If you were in Rick's group, what would you be you #1 weapon of choice?

I apologize for the formalities but I love this show and knowing that it'll be a while before it comes back on makes me a bit of a crazy fan geek.
