Hi, I'm skfanboy. This is my first blog post. I'm relatively new to this wiki and rarely follow discussions and arguments, so I sincerely apologize if this is a copycat blog (something I know is hated on this wiki). I'm sure this topic has been brought up before and discussed, but I need clarification.
Spoilers for Season 1 of the video game and 400 Days follow.
Why is Vernon's status dead? After stealing the boat in Episode 5, he and his group aren't seen from again. In 400 Days, Clive, Boyd and Joyce show up--minus Vernon. This implies that he died sometime after the events of Season 1 (and I personally believe that he did) but what's up with his status? None of his group members ever mentioned or even hinted at his death. Who knows--it's possible he could have abandoned the rest of the group. I personally believe his status should be Unknown, but I see that his page has been protected to prevent editing. This must be a touchy subject.
I'm just curious as to why this is. Comment your answers below, and thanks!
