I think you can save kenny by doing a few certain things.
1. Bring ben with you from episode 4 and he picks up your gun when you lose it. ( or gives you his, i forget )
2. Dont use ANY bullets when the walkers invade the masion, let your team take thm out.
3. In the alley way give kenny all your bullets.
And hopefully we will see him in season 2
