First of all I want to apologize for any mistakes I made in this post, English is not my native language but I'll try my best. Also it's my first post here.

If you haven't watched Season 3 then this could have spoilers.

So I want to share a detail I came across watching this season and want to know what you guys think about it:

I am pretty sure Hershel is going to die in the season finale. After "Beside the Dying Fire" he became my favourite character and still is, but now it seems it's time to say goodbye. Why am I thinking this? Because he will follow Lori and Axel.

There is this section in the prison called "catwalk" in the summaries of the episodes in the wiki. I remember three scenes with it.

1) 3x02 "Sick" with Rick and Lori (end of episode)

Catwalk 1

An important scene between Rick and Lori.

Shortly after, Lori dies.

2) 3x10 "Home" with Carol and Axel.

Catwalk 2

Shows us Axel is a growing character.

Axel is killed in the same Episode.

3) 3x13 with Rick and Hershel (end of episode)

Catwalk 3

Important scene for the relationship between Rick and Hershel, plus it's about their opinion about Michonne

So, what I am trying to say: This catwalk could be a symbol showing us that one of the characters is going to die soon. As a metaphor for the bridge to "the other side", maybe. I know, T-Dog and Oscar didn't have such scene, as long as I remember it correctly, and I'm sure there are more scenes with it, where nobody dies afterwards, but I still can't ignore this similarity. All this scenes were rather important for the episode.

Also it could mean, Rick is going to die, but I don't think so.

So, I'm very curious what you think about my theory :)
