On the 400 Days DLC, in Bonnie's story, three peole chase her. I analized the voices, color of subtitles and the shadows and i've come to a conclusion: The people chasing Bonnie are Roman, Stephanie and Clive. Bonnie's story happens some days before Shel's so [spoiler] Shel could not have killed Stephanie [/spoiler]. Clive haves a red subtitle. A red subtitle appears, in Clive's voice, saying: "Stef, have you seen something?" Stef would refer to Stephanie.
