Jesus at the Prison (Season 4 or 5)

This is just a thought, but I've been wondering what would happen if, assuming the prison is never lost, Jesus were introduced as an ambassador for a community based on both the Safe Zone and The Hilltop, paving the way for the introduction of characters like Douglas, Negan, or possibly even Ezekiel (I don't want to start a debate on realism there). I know it might not make a whole lot of sense for Jesus to travel from DC to Georgia, but civilization is supposed to expand, and if he's desperate enough for help against the Saviors, I think he's be willing to make the trip. These are events that are obviously a long way away from season 4, but like I said, they're just thoughts. Now how about yours?
