Later in the night, when Merle and Daryl were thrown into the arena, this man is seen armed with an assault rifle, walking and guarding the area.

Edit
This survivor is seen at the arena, where the Dixon brothers are being held. He is armed, patrolling the area in case one of the two attempt to escape. He briefly leaves, returning with a captive walker, to which he uses as an obstacle in the fight between Daryl and Merle.
The following day, when the townspeople begin a riot, the survivor is on the wall with Martinez, Shumpert and another survivor. When walkers begin clawing on the wall, the man assists with killing the walkers.
