Tim is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a food exchanger for the Hilltop Colony. Tim was part of a group that delivered supplies to The Saviors compound along with Craig, Crystal, Andy, Ethan, and Marsha.

Following a return from a meeting with the Saviors, Tim is confirmed to be dead by Ethan who says he was killed by Negan for their load of supplies not being sufficient.
It is unknown or not if Tim was put down, or his zombified body is on the fence of The Sanctuary.
