No, he was apparently throwing out the n-word to other passengers on the train. I think he was upset because the other passengers didn't leave an entire bench open for him on account of him needing of one.

The reason for all of this was because a passenger referred to him as a n-word and said, "I know him from somewhere" hence the "I WAS IN THE WALKING DEAD AND THE WIRE!" and it later became a debate about Baltimore and the racism against black men.

It's sad how bad racism is today. Chad is such a nice guy and some jerk had to say something very insulting to him. The guy should have kept that to himself.
