Lizzie came up with her theories on her own. Lydia seems to have been taught / learned/ was brainwashed, but at least she knows she needs protection from the Walkers. So far, it seems Lizzie is crazier, but we'll see...

Joking aside, the two girls are nothing alike. Lizzie just didn't understand them, like Ben. Lydia has a morbid way of trying to survive, and she obviously killed and skinned Walkers for this.
Lydia and Lizzie are both sick... all the whisperers are sick... And Lydia and Lizzie are not smart... They´re stupid for believing that they can live with biters...
