Smitty shoots Billy with a direct headshot and is immediately stunned. The Governor walks over and asks him what his problem is. Smitty cries and feels immensely guilty for shooting a boy. Philip speaks calmly to Smitty asks him how many of their own soldiers that boy killed with his rifle? And that he should be proud that he killed him while giving him a gentle shove.
