- "Please make it... please make it..."
- —Sean mouthing to himself after the helicopter is damaged[src]
Sean was seen as a passenger in a helicopter along with Welles and Franklin. After being caught in wind turbulence which caused a malfunction, the helicopter erupted in a small explosions and lost control. He then crawled to the outside of the helicopter, possibly about to parachute down. Before he could, the helicopter cut through the trees and came to a massive crash, killing him. Michonne found him dead, and departed. The Governor put him down after he reanimated.
- Helicopter Crash (Alive)
The helicopter that Sean was riding in suffered mechanical problems, causing the helicopter to crash in the woods, cutting through the trees. As evidenced by the scenes showing the aftermath of the crash, it was implied that Sean was thrown from the helicopter when crashing and was sliced in half by the main rotor assembly, causing his internal organs to spill out, which led to massive blood loss, inevitably killing him.
- The Governor (Zombified)
After his death, he reanimated as the Woodbury soldiers arrived. After being noticed, the Governor walked to him, and Sean moaned, reaching up for him. The Governor unsheathed a knife, stabbed him in the head, and twisted the blade, killing Sean's reanimated-self.
This list shows the victims that Sean has killed:
- Possibly numerous counts of zombies
- Sean is one of the many amputees in The Walking Dead. For other victims, see Amputated Victims.
- Sean managed to have his body cut in half by a propellor from the helicopter crash.
