El Sereno, Los Angeles, California
Not much is known about Peter's life before the apocalypse except that he was neighbors with the Clark, Cruz, Tran, Ramirez and Thompson families in the suburban El Sereno community of Los Angeles.
As Travis drops Madison and Nick off at their home, Peter can be seen loading up his car with supplies. Despite being sick with the flu, Peter gives Travis and Madison a wave.
As Madison, Nick, and Alicia enter the Tran's home, they watch from a curtain an unknown stranger entering their house, killing the Cruz family dog that had wandered inside earlier. As Travis returns from downtown with his family and the Salazars, they enter to find the mysterious figure is their neighbor, Peter. An undead Peter attempts to attack them but is killed by Daniel with the shotgun they found in the Trans' house. The next morning, Travis wraps Peter's body in a rug and drags him into the backyard, burying him and discarding the bloody rug in the trash.
- Unknown (Alive)
Peter was seen and implied to be sick of something, and later died of undetermined causes, possibly related to his sickness. He reanimated at some point, attacking Mrs. Cruz in the night.
- Daniel Salazar (Zombified)
Peter is attacking Travis when Daniel enters the room with the Tran's shotgun, and shoots him in the face, blowing most of it, but not killing Peter. Daniel takes a step closer and shoots Peter again at point blank, blowing his head off. Peter's corpse is buried in the Clark's garden later.
This list shows the victims that Peter has killed:
- After Peter died and reanimated, he was responsible for the deaths of Joanna Cruz, her husband, their daughter Gladys, and the family's dog. This makes him one of two characters in the Walking Dead franchise responsible for the deaths of all members of a family on-screen (either alive or zombified).
- He has the highest number of confirmed kills of any walker in the Walking Dead universe.
