Nothing is known about Nora's life before or as the outbreak began.
Post-Apocalypse
"Outside Woodbury"
After the herd that attacked the schoolyard camp is dispersed, Nora appears in the camp with Megan and Derrick. The people at the camp become suspicious with the newly arrived group and believe they are the ones who caused the herd to appear. However, this is never proven, the group eventually earns their trust. Nora informs the people she met Derrick and Megan on the road outside of Macon.
When Woodbury attacked the camp, Nora was one of the few people that survived. She lost her two friends, Megan and Derrick. The attack made her think about joining Harlan's group, "The Living". Although Harlan is shown not to be trusted, Nora begins to devise a plan to ruin Woodbury in retaliation for killing her friends.
