Nothing is known about Mrs. Twomey's life before the outbreak began, except that she was married and had a daughter named Erin.
Mrs. Twomey is standing with Erin and other horrified residents as they watch the Browns' cabin burn. She begins sobbing after realizing that Martha and Russell must be dead.
Mrs. Twomey and her daughter are present at the front gate with the other townspeople when the Black Hat Natives arrive to move onto the ranch. At night, Mrs. Twomey is in her camper with her daughter when Cooper and Klah knock on the door, asking for any weapons being stored inside.
Mrs. Twomey is in line with Erin waiting for water from the main well when Ofelia offers Erin a glass of water, to which she knocks it to the ground. Mrs. Twomey brings an upset Erin closer to her and tells her that "it will be okay, sweetie". The next day, Mrs. Twomey and her daughter are talking to Alicia at the well when a fight breaks out. As Nick makes a stand and refuses to back down from the well, Erin walks up to Nick with her mother, joining his stand.
While her daughter Erin is seen safe in the underground pantry, Mrs. Twomey is no where to be seen, suggesting she was one of the many people killed when the horde of zombies broke through the RV wall.
