Mrs. Fischer is a neighbor of Greene family and also the wife of Mr. Fischer. She was one of the walkers that was put inside the Greene family barn.

Almost nothing is known about Mrs. Fischer's life before or as the outbreak began except that she was probably friends with Hershel Greene and his family. Otis most likely put her in the barn some time after the outbreak.
Post-Apocalypse

"Secrets"
Mrs. Fischer is first mentioned by Maggie Greene when she is fighting with Glenn Rhee about what to call the walkers. She is one of the family's neighbours and when she became infected, she was put in Hershel's barn along with her husband and several other walkers.
"Pretty Much Dead Already"
After finding out about the walkers in the barn, Shane Walsh unlocks the doors of the barn. He, along with the remaining Atlanta camp survivors, proceed to kill all of the walkers, Mrs. Fischer included.
"Nebraska"
Mrs. Fisher's body is seen at the beginning of the episode on the ground. Later in the episode, it is burned by T-Dog.

It is unknown if Mrs. Fischer was bitten by a walker and succumbed to the fever, or died of another cause. Being infected, Hershel places her inside the barn where she becomes a walker.

After Shane force opens the barn, the walkers exit the barn and are gunned down by the group including Mrs. Fischer; it is unknown who actually shot and killed her.
