Mike is a character first encountered in Issue 19 of The Walking Dead and is the boyfriend of Michonne and best friend of Terry. He is seen only in the Michonne Special and appears in Issue 19 as a zombie.

Pre-Apocalypse

Hardly anything is known about Mike's life prior to the zombie apocalypse, apart from that he was Michonne's boyfriend and the best friend of Terry.
Post-ApocalypseEdit
Mike and his best friend Terry stayed in a small house and later met up with Michonne. When a zombie attempted to force it's way through the door, Mike was bitten. He later died and reanimated, biting Terry also, causing him to reanimate as well. Michonne discovered them, cutting off their arms and jaws, and chaining them. She used them as protection from other zombies, their scent camoflauging her. They were later killed by Michonne to gain entry into The Prison.

Michonne was traveling with Mike and Terry, and as Michonne saved Otis, she was approved entry into Rick Grimes' group as long as she killed them. Michonne quickly decapitated Mike and Terry and handed over her katana.

Michonne and Mike were boyfriend and girlfriend, which means they loved each other. After the apocalypse began, Michonne joined Rick's group at the prison, and started to talk to Mike in her head.
