Lexi Johnson is an American actress who portrayed Gloria in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead.
Biography
Lexi Johnson was born on May 21, 1992 in Atlanta, Georgia. On her fourth birthday, she signed with Wilhelmina models and began her career. Every summer, she would work in NYC as a child doing commercials and print. She started dancing at the age of 7 at Susan Chambers School of Theater & Dance. She trained in tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, musical theatre, and hip hop and was in the company for 5 years and performed in several productions such as Thumbalina, Mother Goose, and SCDC's annual Dancing and Singing the Night Away concert.
By the age of 12, she was awarded with scholarships from Access Broadway and New York City Dance Alliance. Then in 2002, she moved to Orlando, Florida where she home schooled and developed her love of painting, writing, and photography. While in Florida, she landed the role of Mandie in the Mandie film series. She filmed Mandie and the Secret Tunnel in 2007 and Mandie and the Cherokee Treasure in 2009, both in the beautiful state of North Carolina.
In 2010, she graduated high school two years ahead in college after dual enrolling at Valencia Community College. In the Spring of 2011, she moved to LA. Since being in LA, she's booked numerous commercials, music videos, comedy sketches, print, and film work, and even directed her own first short film. Right now, she is continuing to pursue her passion for acting and is studying at the Carter Thor Studio.
