Jerry is Tyreese or Sasha's neighbor who lives in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a character in AMC's The Walking Dead, mentioned in "The Suicide King".
Pre-Apocalypse

Very little is known about Jerry's life before or as the outbreak except that he was a survivalist, he had a bunker and was Tyreese or Sasha's neighbor in Jacksonville.
Post-Apocalypse
Season 3
"The Suicide King"
Jerry was mentioned to have rode out the outbreak in his bunker beneath his backyard with Sasha and Tyreese. When they ran out of supplies, they-presumably accompanied by Jerry, assuming he was still alive at this point-ventured out and joined a camp where they met Allen, Ben, and Donna. According to Tyreese, as many as 25 people joined this camp, but eventually it was overrun with walkers, and many were killed. The only ones confirmed to have survived this massacre were Sasha, Tyreese, Allen, Ben and Donna and since Tyreese and Sasha have never expressed any hope to be reunited with Jerry, it is safe to assume that he is dead, killed by walkers.
