Plot SynopsisEdit

Glenn leads a group of people, including Maggie, out of the Alexandria Safe-Zone for some supplies.

Rick meets with the safe zone's residents to talk about low food supplies. He also talks about expanding available space for farming.

After the meeting, Andrea and Rick talk, and Andrea tells Rick she enjoys and wants his company. Rick says to her that because everyone he loves dies, he's afraid about getting close to anyone again. After that Andrea talks to herself and, oddly also to Dale's hat, about how she loves Rick... but then she decides she is done talking to the hat.

Later, Rick asks Denise about Carl's wounded head, and about cleaning the wound where Carl's eye used to be.

The group led by Glenn and Maggie return. Glenn tells Rick about difficulties finding food outside of the safe zone. Then Sophia informs Maggie and Glenn that she is only pretending that they are her parents.

Rick then visits Carl, and asks Carl about his eye. Carl becomes angry and calls the gaping wound where his eye used to be a "hole". Rick tells Carl he is sorry about this.

The issue ends with the revelation that some Unknown Observer is using binoculars to spy the Safe-Zone from afar.
