Gary Castillo is an engineer who started a business with a couple of friends in 2001. His company, "Design Craft Fabrication", started off as a couple of friends building cars in Gary's two-car garage condo. It has since grown into "full time operation" with a space of its own.[1]
Gary built The Walking Dead Hyundai Elantra based off of Robert Kirkman's rendering. The car was built in order to celebrate the 100th issue and was revealed at the San-Diego Comic-Con in 2012. There, Gary and Robert unveiled it to the public for the first time.
