The following is a list of all the different extras who represented the unnamed background survivors living in Woodbury, Georgia. With the Season 3 finale, "Welcome to the Tombs", it is shown that the Governor massacred what appeared to be all of the Woodbury residents. Despite some extras not appearing in the finale or other episodes, it is assumed that everyone is dead, according to the casting directors, except for those shown moving into the prison. As of "Inmates", all Woodbury refugees who moved to the prison have died.

The majority of the extras remain unnamed, though a few have been named: Betty Coleman, Eileen, Eryn, Ms. McLeod, Mr. Jacobson, Mr. Richards, Mrs. Richards, and Richard Foster.

See Background Survivors (TV Series)#Woodbury Survivors for other notes, as well as for more background survivors of various factions.

  • A note to the editor: If there is an error, such as more than one entry for the same person, or incorrect images under one entry, please leave a message on the talk page for discussion before making major changes. Thank you!
