Cleburne Hospital[]
While Daryl Dixon searches the hospital for antibiotics for his brother Merle, he hears something about finding a cure by testing on a test subject. Later, he finds Dr. Dowdle, who is revealed to have Noah Cruz held captive in order to find a cure. She offers Daryl the antibiotics he needs for Merle if he chooses not to save Noah.
