Season 2Edit

"Pretty Much Dead Already"Edit

Jimmy discovers Louise Bush and Doug stuck in the mud, so he, Hershel, and Rick captured the pair. Hershel announces to Rick that if he and his group are to continue living on his farm, they have to follow his rules, such as their treatment of walkers. Hershel believes that the walkers are just, "sick people", and can be restored, so he and Rick escort the two walkers back to the farm. When they arrive, Shane and the Atlanta survivors question Hershel and Rick's actions. Shane, enraged, lets it be known that he believes Hershel is wrong, and opens the barn, released the zombie occupants. Along with Glenn, Andrea, T-Dog, and Daryl, he begins to shoot the walkers. After killing a few walkers, he turns around, stares at Rick intently, before shooting Doug in the head.

DeathEdit

Killed ByEdit

  • Walkers

It is unknown whether Doug was bitten by a walker and succumbed to the fever, or died of another cause.

When Rick and Hershel arrived with the zombified Louise Bush and Doug, Shane became enraged and opened the barn door, announcing that they weren't sick and that the group required protection from walkers. After killing a few, Shane turned around, shooting Doug in the head.
