Charlie is survivor of the outbreak in Season 4 of AMC's The Walking Dead. He is one of the newcomers in the prison.

Nothing is known about Charlie's life before or as the outbreak started except that he suffered from a sleepwalking condition.
Post-Apocalypse

"Infected"
Overnight, Charlie perishes to the sickness that has spread along Cell Block D and reanimates as a walker. He doesn't attack anyone because he locks himself in his cell due to his sleep walking condition. He is later discovered and put down by Rick. His corpse is later examined by Dr. Subramanian whom deduces that he had died from a deadly form of flu.
